摘要
为查明伊犁河谷哈萨克羊消化道寄生虫感染率、感染强度和优势虫种类,随机采集了8个县乡镇牧业区羊的新鲜粪便1196份进行实验室分析。用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦氏计数法计算其感染率及感染强度和形态学初步鉴定,共检测到毛圆形线虫、仰口线虫、夏伯特线虫、细颈线虫、捻转血矛线虫等5种消化道线虫。其中三种线虫的感染率及感染强度较高,毛圆形线虫感染率是97.6%,感染强度是1620;夏伯特线虫感染率是97.6%,感染强度是1380;捻转血矛线虫感染率是86.8%,感染强度是1240。结论是优势虫种是毛圆形线虫、夏伯特线虫、捻转血矛线虫等哈萨克羊消化道线虫。
In order to investigate the infection rate,intensity and dominant species of parasites in the digestive tract of Kazakh sheep in the Ili River Valley,1196 fresh faecal samples from pastoral areas in townships of 8 counties were randomly collected for laboratory analysis.The infection rate and intensity of parasites were calculated by saturated saltwater floating method and Macintosh count method.It was preliminarily identified by morphology,a total of 5 kinds of gastrointestinal nematodes were detected out,including Trichostrongylus colubriformis,Nematodes,Chabertia ovina,Nematodirus and Haemonchus contortus.The infection rate and infection intensity of the three nematodes species were relatively high.The infection rate of Trichostrongylus colubriformis was 97.6%and the infection intensity was 1620;the infection rate of Chabertia ovina was 97.6%and the infection intensity was 1380;the infection rate of Haemonchus contortus was 86.8%,and the infection intensity was 1240.The dominant species of parasites in the digestive tract of Kazakh sheep were Trichostrongylus colubriformis,Chabertia ovina and Haemonchus contortus.
