激光在牙体牙髓疾病治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Laser in Root Canal Therapy

激光应用于牙体牙髓疾病方面的应用得到了广泛关注。激光被广泛应用于牙本质敏感治疗、龋病治疗以及根管治疗等方面。在选择激光治疗的时候,应根据疾病来选择合适的激光类型和参数等,进而有效治疗疾病,同时减少激光的副作用。目前关于激光的选择、激光的参数、操作规范以及远期疗效等相关报道较少,仍需更深入研究为激光在牙体牙髓疾病治疗中的应用提供理论依据。对激光在牙体牙髓疾病治疗的应用做一综述。

The application of laser in the endodontics has received much attention.The laser has been used for the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity,dental caries,root canal and so on.In the selection of laser,the appropriate type of laser,the parameters and so on should be selected according to the diseases,in order to effectively treat diseases,and at the same time toreduce the side effects of the laser.At present,there are few reports about the selection of laser,laser parameters,operating specifications,long-term efficacy and so on.Further studies are needed to provide theoretical basis for the application of laser in the treatment of endodontics.This paper reviews the application of laser in the treatment of endodontics.
