柑橘留树保鲜技术研究进展

柑橘留树保鲜是一种有效的绿色保鲜方法,即通过套袋、覆膜、搭建大棚设施、喷施生长调节剂等措施,留树至充分成熟再采收以提升品质,或延缓果实成熟衰老过程以延迟采收。留树保鲜对于我国逐步实现柑橘鲜果周年供应、提高柑橘经济效益、稳定市场链具有重要意义。综述了柑橘留树保鲜的类型与作用、主要栽培管理技术、生物学基础及调控机制、存在问题及发展方向,为今后加快开展柑橘留树保鲜技术研究提供参考。

Citrus on-tree storage is an effective green method,that is,through fruit bagging,film covering,setting plastic greenhouses,spraying growth regulators and other measures,to keep on the trees until fully mature and then harvest to improve the quality,or to delay the process of fruit ripening and senescence to delay the harvest.Development of citrus on-tree storage is of great significance to approaching the supplying fresh fruits all-year-round,increasing citrus benefits,and stabilization of citrus marketing link in China.The kinds and effects of citrus on-tree storage,cultivation management technology,physiological and biochemistry changes and regulation mechanism during storage,existing problems,and tendency of citrus on-tree storage were summarized.It provides theoretical support for accelerating the study of citrus on-tree storage.
