摘要
目前,我国居民主要的营养问题为营养素摄入不均衡导致的部分营养素过量或不足。为顺应政府倡导和社会需求,本文从教学内容、教学方法两方面入手探讨食品营养与卫生课程的改革方向,旨在提高学生关注个人健康的基本素质及服务社会健康需求的基本能力。
The main nutritional problem of Chinese residents is the excess or deficiency of some nutrients caused by the imbalance of nutrient intake. In order to comply with government advocacy and social needs, this article explores the reform direction of food nutrition and hygiene through teaching content and teaching methods, aiming to improve students’ basic quality of paying attention to personal health and basic ability to serve social health needs.
