蛋氨酸限制对于肥胖人群的影响

摘要 不健康的饮食方式导致肥胖的现象日益增多。肥胖不仅导致相关疾病的发生,降低人类寿命,同时伴随着胰岛素抵抗症状的出现,导致氧化应激和炎症反应等代谢紊乱和并发症的发生。蛋氨酸限制作为一种不限制总能量摄入,调整膳食结构的饮食方式,为人体带来许多益处。本文将从蛋氨酸限制对肥胖人群减重、延缓衰老、提高胰岛素敏感性、减缓氧化应激和减缓炎症反应5个方面作用进行阐述。 Unhealthy diets are leading to increasing obesity. Obesity not only leads to the occurrence of related diseases and reduces human life span, but also leads to metabolic disorders and complications such as oxidative stress and inflammatory response. Methionine restriction, as a diet that does not limit total energy intake and adjusts dietary structure, also brings many benefits to human body. In this paper, the effects of methionine restriction on weight loss, anti-aging, insulin sensitivity, oxidative stress and inflammatory response in obese people are described.
