Analysis of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection in Dalian in 2020

本文通过汇总2020年大连市食品安全监督抽检结果,对2020年大连市食品安全总体情况进行分析,发现食品安全抽检中存在的主要问题,并提出对策建议,为食品监管部门提供技术支撑。2020年共完成监督抽检6 847批次,整体情况良好,但仍存在农药兽药残留超标、微生物超标、违规使用食品添加剂等问题。

This article summarizes the results of Dalian food safety supervision and random inspections in 2020, analyzes the overall situation of food safety in Dalian in 2020, discovers the main problems in food safety inspections, and proposes countermeasures to provide technical support for the food regulatory authorities. In 2020, a total of 6,847 batches of supervision and random inspection were completed. The overall situation is good, but there are still problems such as excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues, excessive microbes, and illegal use of food additives.
