摘要
本文通过研究高校普遍存在的食品安全问题,探讨了高校食品安全档案对构建高校餐饮安全防控体系的重要性以及具体的应对措施,以期为后续的高校餐饮管理和食品安全档案研究工作提供具有针对性和实效性的参考,更好地促进高校餐饮安全防控体系的构建。
Based on the common food safety problems in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the importance of food safety archives in colleges and universities to construct the prevention and control system of food safety in colleges and universities, as well as its specific measures and methods. In order to provide a targeted and effective reference for the follow-up university catering management and food safety archives research, and better promote the construction of university catering safety prevention and control system.
