摘要 利用气相色谱(GC)内标法对白酒中的甲醇含量进行测定,建立了白酒中的甲醇含量的定性定量检测方法。白酒样品无需前处理直接进样,采用Agilent小口径毛细管柱DB-WAX UI(60 m×0.250 mm×0.25μm)分析,优化柱温程序升温条件后进行检测。结果表明,此方法在1.0-800.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.312 5x-0.536 7,相关系数r=0.999 8,最低检出限是1.002 8 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为99.37%。与国标方法相比,该方法简单、快速且甲醇的分离度高,分离效果好,可用于白酒中甲醇含量的定性定量分析。 Gas chromatography internal standard method was used to determine the content of methanol in Chinese baijiu, and a qualitative and quantitative detection method for the content of methanol in Chinese baijiu was established. Chinese baijiu samples were injected directly without pre-treatment, and were analyzed by Agilent smallbore capillary column DB-WAX UI(60 m×0.250 mm×0.25 μm), and the column temperature was optimized for detection after the temperature program was raised. The results show that this method has a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0~800.0 mg·L^(-1), the linear equation is y=0.312 5 x-0.536 7, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 8, and the lowest detection limit is 1.002 8 mg·L^(-1), The recovery rate of standard addition is 99.37%. Compared with the national standard method, this method is simple, fast, has high methanol resolution and good separation effect, and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of methanol content in Chinese baijiu.
