“一带一路”背景下中国与中东欧国家农业教育合作研究

Agricultural Higher Education Cooperation between China and Central Eastern European Countries under the Background of the Belt and Road

教育合作在"一带一路"建设中发挥着基础性和先导性作用。中国与中东欧国家的农业教育合作滞后于经贸合作,面临双边留学生流动水平偏低、合作院校国别分布不均衡、农业教育合作平台欠缺与合作深度不够等问题,制约着双边国家农业教育合作质量,但双边国家发展潜力和全球化合作红利依然巨大、地缘区位优势明显。积极依托双边国家现有学术交流平台、师生互访、课程开发、联合实验室、联合图书馆、交换实习、高校联合会等农业教育多元合作方式,构建双边国家农业教育合作互动机制。进一步深化合作的重点在于集中优势学科选好合作契合点,打破地缘限制强化校际合作均衡发展,构建双边国家农业教育产学研合作平台,着力加强双边国家农业教育课程、智慧农业和数字农业等交叉学科合作。

Education cooperation plays a fundamental and leading role between the Belt and Road country.The cooperation between China and Central Eastern European countries in agricultural education is lagging behind economic and trade cooperation.It faces the problem of low level of bilateral mobility of students,uneven distribution of cooperative colleges,lack of cooperation platform and poor depth of cooperation,which restricts the quality of bilateral agricultural education cooperation.However,the development potential and globalization cooperation dividend of the bilateral countries are still huge,and their geographical advantages are obvious.Relying on the existing academic exchange platforms,mutual visits between teachers and students,curriculum development,joint laboratories,joint libraries,exchange internships,university alliances and other diversified cooperation modes of agricultural education in the bilateral countries,we should build an interactive mechanism of agricultural education cooperation in the bilateral countries,focus on advantageous disciplines,break geographical restrictions,and strengthen the balanced development of inter school cooperation,We will build a platform for industry university research cooperation in agricultural education in bilateral countries,and further deepen interdisciplinary cooperation in agricultural education curriculum,smart agriculture and digital agriculture in bilateral countries.
