我国在2018年开始加大培养基层卫生人才,而在基层的实践工作和学习中,抗菌药的合理使用非常重要,天津医科大学第二医院作为天津市河西区的基层卫生人才培训基地,已经陆续开展了2018届、2019届和2020届三届基层卫生人才培训,在抗菌药合理使用方面结合医院本身的相关工作内容为学员做了相关培训,取得不错的成绩。本文将通过对培训医院和社区卫生服务中心的抗菌药合理使用情况进行分析,梳理抗菌药合理使用原则,希望能对医生在日常的抗菌药使用方面有所借鉴。

China began to increase the training of grass-roots health talents in 2018,in the grass-roots’practical work and study,the intelligent use of antibiotics is very important,the second hospital of Tianjin medical university,as the training base of primary health personnel in Hexi district of Tianjin city,has carried out three primary health personnel training sessions in 2018,2019 and2020,in the intelligent use of antibacterial drugs,combined with the relevant work content of the hospital itself,the trainees have been trained and achieved good results.This article will analyze the rational use of antibacterial drugs in training hospitals and community health service centers,sort out the principles of intelligent use of antibacterial drugs,and hope to learn from doctors in the daily use of antimicrobials.
