玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果

Analysis of clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Beifushu eye drops in the treatment of dry eye

目的:探析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治干眼症患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗;观察组采用璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、角膜表现非对称性指数(SAI)、角膜表面规则性指数(SRI)水平均低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌试验结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干眼症采用玻璃酸钠与贝复舒联合治疗,可以提高治疗效果,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Beifushu eye drops in the treatment of dry eye and the improvement of surface asymmetry index(SAI).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with dry eye were selected,they wererandomly divided into the two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Beifushu eye drops.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-1β,SAI,and SRI in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the tear film rupture time and basic tear secretion test results were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium hyaluronate and Beifushu for dry eye can improve the therapeutic effect and has high safety.
