外固定架在创伤骨科患者治疗中的应用价值体会

Experience of the application value of external fixator in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients

目的:评价创伤骨科患者应用外固定架治疗的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治创伤骨科患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用内固定治疗;观察组应用外固定架治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间及手术切口长度均短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创伤骨科患者应用外固定架治疗的疗效确切,可以降低患者炎性指标水平,缩短恢复时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of external fixator in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,90 patients were selected to the department of orthopaedic trauma and they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation.The observation group was treated with external fixator.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than the control group after treatment,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of fracture healing,hospital stay and incision length in the observation group were all shorter than the control group,and the volume of intraoperative blood loss was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of external fixator in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients has definite curative effect,which can reduce the level of inflammatory indexes,shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications.
