消化性溃疡患者通过艾司奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果评估分析

Clinical effect of esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer

目的:分析艾司奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治消化性溃疡患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组消化性溃疡患者采用奥美拉唑治疗;试验组消化性溃疡患者采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组消化性溃疡患者治疗后的溃疡直径和治疗总有效率。结果:试验组消化性溃疡患者治疗后的溃疡直径明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组消化性溃疡患者治疗后的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对消化性溃疡患者进行临床治疗时,采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗能够减小患者的溃疡直径,提高治疗总有效率。

Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,72 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each one.Patients of peptic ulcer in the control group were treated with omeprazole.Patients of peptic ulcer in experimental group were treated with omeprazole.The ulcer diameter and the total effective rate of patients with peptic ulcer between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The diameter of peptic ulcer in treatment group was smaller than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients with peptic ulcer in the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer,the use of omeprazole can reduce the diameter of the ulcer in patients and improve the total effective rate.
