经皮椎弓根螺钉结合硫酸钙椎体成型术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析

Effect of percutaneous pedicle screw combined with calcium sulfate vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

目的:分析经皮椎弓根螺钉结合硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:2017年10月-2020年10月收治胸腰椎骨折患者60例,依据治疗方法不同分为两组,各30例。试验组应用经皮椎弓根螺钉结合硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗;对照组应用硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后前椎体高度、中椎体高度、后椎体高度及椎间隙高度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后椎体前缘压缩率、中央椎体压缩率及椎体后缘压缩率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后伤椎角、Cobb角及椎体堵塞指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疼痛显著缓解时间、伤后开始下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎弓根螺钉结合硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw combined with calcium sulfate vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2020,60 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with percutaneous pedicle screw combined with calcium sulfate vertebroplasty.The control group was treated with calcium sulfate vertebroplasty.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after operation,the height of anterior vertebral body,middle vertebral body,posterior vertebral body and intervertebral space were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after operation,the anterior vertebral compression rate,central vertebral compression rate and posterior vertebral compression rate were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after operation,the injured vertebral angle,Cobb angle and vertebral blockage index were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the time of pain relief,the time of getting out of bed after injury and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous pedicle screw combined with calcium sulfate vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is significant.
