腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术治疗老年结直肠癌的有效性及并发症发生率分析

Analysis of the efficacy and incidence of complications of laparoscopic radical surgery of colorectal cancer in elderly patients

目的:评价腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术治疗老年结直肠癌的有效性及并发症发生率。方法:2018年9月-2020年7月收治老年结直肠癌患者220例,随机分为两组,各110例。对照组给予开腹手术治疗;观察组给予腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗。比较两组手术效果、术后并发症发生率及肠胃功能恢复情况。结果:观察组手术时间、肠胃功能恢复时间、住院时间、下床活动时间及术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃动素和胃泌素水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗老年结直肠癌的临床效果好,有利于胃肠功能良好恢复,并发症发生率低。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and incidence of complications of laparoscopic radical surgery of colorectal cancer in elderly patients.Methods:From September 2018 to July 2020,220 cases of elderly patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 110 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical surgery of colorectal cancer.The operative effect,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recovery of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The operative time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stays,getting out of bed time and intraoperative blood loss volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery of colorectal cancer has a good clinical effect in the treatment of colorectal cancer in the elderly,which can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications.
