益气滋阴方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型的临床观察与研究

Clinical observation and research on Yiqi Ziyin prescription combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroparesis with Qi and Yin deficiency

目的:分析益气滋阴方联合中药穴位贴敷方法治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。试验组接受益气滋阴方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗;对照组接受西药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后各项中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗6个月后的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气滋阴方联合中药穴位贴敷治疗胃轻瘫气阴亏虚型的疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,且用药安全性高,远期疗效满意。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Ziyin prescription combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroparesis patients with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,120 cases of gastroparesis patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with60 cases in each group.The experimental group received Yiqi Ziyin prescription combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group received Western medicine treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group after 6 months was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Ziyin prescription combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of deficiency of Qi and Yin in patients with gastroparesis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety and satisfactory long-term curative effect.
