优质化护理干预对冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的护理效果

Exploration on the nursing effect of high-quality nursing intervention coronary artery interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨对冠状动脉介入术治疗的急性心肌梗死给予优质化护理干预的临床效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治接受冠状动脉介入术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予优质化护理干预。比较两组患者临床病情控制优良率、生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、急性生理与慢性健康评分表(APACHEⅡ)评分。结果:试验组临床病情控制优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后,APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予接受冠状动脉介入术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者优质化护理干预,能够明显控制病情进展,提升患者生活质量,改善急性生理与慢性健康状态。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention for acute myocardial infarction treated by coronary intervention.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,78 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent coronary interventional treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given high-quality nursing intervention.We compared the excellent and good rate of clinical condition control,quality of life measurement short form WHOQOL-BREF score,acute physiology and chronic health score(APACHEⅡ)scorebetween the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical disease control in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the ApacheⅡscore of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The provision of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by coronary intervention can significantly control the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life of the patients,and improve the acute physiology and chronic health.
