天疱疮的护理方案以及效果

Nursing plan and effect of pemphigus

目的:探讨天疱疮的护理方案及效果。方法:2010年1月-2020年10月收治天疱疮患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预;观察组实施针对性护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组糜烂渗出愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后症状积分、疼痛评分、焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展针对性护理干预,可缩短天疱疮患者创面愈合时间,改善患者不良情绪和症状,还可增强患者的遵医行为,有利于促进其尽快康复。

Objective:To explore the nursing plan and effect of pemphigus.Methods:From January 2010 to October 2020,80 patients with pemphigus were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group received targeted nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the healing time of erosive exudation was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,the symptom score,pain score,anxiety and depression score were lower than those in the control group,and the compliance behavior score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can shorten the wound healing time of patients with pemphigus,improve the bad mood and symptoms of patients,and enhance the compliance behavior of patients,which is conducive to promoting their recovery as soon as possible.
