全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能及舒适度的影响观察

Observation on the effect of whole-course high-quality nursing model on delivery quality,lactation function and comfort of primipara

目的:分析全程优质护理模式对初产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能及舒适度的影响。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治初产妇76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理;研究组使用全程优质护理模式。比较两组产妇分娩质量、泌乳功能及舒适度。结果:研究组剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组泌乳开始时间低于对照组,产后48 h泌乳量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇舒适度评分及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将全程优质护理模式应用于初产妇中,可提高产妇的分娩质量,改善泌乳功能,能提升产妇护理舒适度及满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of whole-course high-quality nursing model on delivery quality,lactation function and comfort of primipara.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,76 primiparas were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each.The control group used routine care.The study group used the whole-course high-quality care model.We compared the delivery quality,lactation function and comfort of the two groups of women.Results:The cesarean section rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The start time of lactation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the lactation score at 48 hours postpartum was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the whole-process high-quality nursing model to primiparas can improve the quality of delivery of the mothers,improve the lactation function,and enhance the comfort and satisfaction of the nursing care of the mothers.
