Objective:To analyze the influence of postural nursing intervention on unprotected perineal delivery. Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,1100 women who were selected for vaginal delivery and they were randomly divided into two groups with 550 women in each group. The control group received unprotected perineal delivery nursing. The experimental group received perineal delivery nursing without protection under postural nursing intervention. The duration of labor, degree of birth canal injury and neonatal condition were compared between the two groups. Results:The duration of the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the experimental group were shorter than the control group, with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate ofⅠdegree laceration and perineal integrity in the experimental group were higher than the control group, while the rate ofⅡdegree laceration,Ⅲdegree laceration and perineal lateral incision in the experimental group were lower than the control group, with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Apgar score, neonatal asphyxia rate and the rate of post-emergence difficulty were compared between the two groups, with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Postural nursing intervention can significantly shorten the second stage of labor and effectively protect the perineum in the intervention of unprotected perineum delivery and effect is ideal.
