肺癌手术麻醉苏醒期的护理分析

Analysis of the nursing intervention of lung cancer surgery during anesthesia recovery period

目的:研究肺癌手术麻醉苏醒期的护理方法。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月肺癌手术后进入麻醉复苏室的患者60例,均采取针对性护理干预措施,主要包括常规护理、呼吸系统护理、循环系统护理、体温护理、引流管护理及心理护理等。护理后观察患者预后,对护理效果进行评估,观察患者是否出现并发症。结果:经过有效全面的护理干预后,全部患者均安全返回病房,均未出现任何严重并发症。结论:对肺癌手术麻醉苏醒期患者,采取全方位、有效的护理干预,有助于为患者的安全提供保障,改善患者预后,减少并发症发生风险。

Objective:To study the nursing intervention of lung cancer surgery during anesthesia recovery period.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,60 cases of patients in anesthesia resuscitation room after lung cancer surgery were enrolled,all of patients received targeted nursing intervention,included routine nursing,respiratory nursing,circulatory system nursing,body temperature nursing,drainage tube nursing and psychological nursing.After nursing,the patient’s prognosis was observed,and the nursing effect was evaluated to observe whether the patient had complications.Results:After effective and comprehensive nursing intervention,all patients returned safely to the ward without any serious complications.Conclusion:All-round and effective nursing intervention is adopted for patients after lung cancer surgery during anesthesia recovery period,which is helpful to ensure the safety of patients,improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the risk of complications.
