全方位护理对血液透析中管路凝血及安全性的影响

Effect of omni-directional nursing on pipeline coagulation and safety in hemodialysis

目的:探究全方位护理对血液透析中管路凝血及安全性的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年6月收治接受血液透析的患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上实施全方位护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组管路凝血发生率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理细节评分、护理态度评分、护理专业性评分和总满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析中应用全方位护理,能有效减少管路凝血和并发症的发生率,提高血液透析的安全性,同时也能提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of omni-directional nursing on pipeline coagulation and safety in hemodialysis.Methods:From February 2019 to June 2020,60 patients undergoing hemodialysis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group received omni-directional nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidences of pipeline coagulation and complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing details,nursing attitude,nursing specialty and total satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of omni-directional nursing in hemodialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of pipeline coagulation and complications,improve the safety of hemodialysis,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing.
