PDCA循环结合健康教育在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用价值

Application value of PDCA circular education combined with health education in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients

目的:分析PDCA循环结合健康教育对脑卒中患者康复护理的作用。方法:2018年6月-2020年6月收治脑卒中患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用常规方式展开康复护理;观察组在康复护理过程中运用PDCA循环结合健康教育。比较两组患者恢复情况。结果:观察组干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量量表(ADL)评分高于对照组,神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中患者康复护理的过程中运用PDCA循环护理结合健康教育的干预模式,可以有效提升护理效果,有助于患者康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA circular education combined with health education in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,80 cases of stroke patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional methods to carry out rehabilitation nursing.The observation group used the PDCA circular education combined with health education in the process of rehabilitation nursing.The recovery of patients between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of ADL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of NIHSS was lower than that in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode of PDCA circular education combined with health education in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients can effectively improve the nursing effect and help the patients to recover quickly.
