社区卫生服务中心在新冠肺炎疫情防控中的医院感染控制措施

社区卫生服务中心作为为社区居民提供基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务的基层机构,在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间,为社区疫情防控中的第一道防线,起到至关重要的网底作用。为应对复杂多变的疫情形势,切断传播途径,遏制病毒传染,各级医疗机构医院感染预防与控制(简称感控)工作均面临着严峻考验和挑战,社区卫生服务中心在加强感控制度建设、防控知识技能培训、落实预检分诊以及环境消毒、医疗废物管理等一系列防控措施上,取得了良好效果。

Community health service center is the basic organization which providing basic medical and public health services for community residents,during the battle against novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)epidemic,for the community epidemic prevention and control of the first line of defense,it plays a vital role in the net bottom.In order to deal with the complicated and changeable epidemic situation,cut off the transmission way and contain the virus infection,the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in medical institutions at all levels are facing severe tests and challenges,the community health service center has achieved good results in strengthening the construction of prevention and control system,training knowledge and skills of prevention and control,carrying out a series of prevention and control measures,such as pre-examination and diagnosis,environmental disinfection medical waste management and so on.
