集中医疗观察点的规范化运行与特色化管理——关于深圳市南山区防控疫情的思考

Standardized operation and characteristic management of centralized medical observation points-thoughts on prevention and control of epidemic situation in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City

2020年春,新冠肺炎疫情突然爆发,初期人们猝不及防,随即我国做出明确响应,用强有力的手段快速控制了疫情。总体来看,各地值得总结的经验很多,许多措施凸显了中国的体制优势,而建立医疗观察点可谓是一种富有中国特色的隔离方法,它可以隔离可疑人群,阻止疫情蔓延,有效减轻医院负担,具有十分显著的效果。集中医疗观察点的环境各异,事务繁重,从深圳市南山区防控疫情的体会来看,做好集中医疗观察点管理的关键就是规范化和特色化,这与医学的规范性和创新性是一脉相承的。为此,本研究撷取深圳市南山区五家医院防控新冠肺炎疫情集中医疗观察点的规范化运行与特色化管理经验,以启迪实践,战胜疫情。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia broke out in the spring of 2020,in the early stage,people were caught off guard,and then our country made a clear response,with strong means to quickly control the epidemic.On the whole,there are many experiences and lessons worth summing up,many measures highlight China’s institutional advantages,the establishment of medical observation point is a kind of isolation method with Chinese characteristics,it can isolate suspicious people,prevent the spread of the epidemic,effectively reduce the burden of the hospital,and has a very significant effect.The environment of centralized medical observation point is different,and the affairs are heavy,from the experience of epidemic prevention and control in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City,the key to the management of centralized medical observation points is standardization and characteristics,it comes down in one continuous line with the standardization and innovation of medicine.Therefore,this study takes the experience of standardized operation and characteristic management of centralized medical observation points of prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia of five hospitals of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City to enlighten practice and overcome the epidemic situation.
