“6S”管理在胸外科导管安全中的应用效果研究

Application effect of 6S management in thoracic surgery catheter safety

目的:分析"6S"管理法在胸外科导管安全中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2018年12月术后留置导管的患者140例,作为对照组;另选取2019年2月-2020年2月术后留置导管的患者140例,作为观察组。对照组应用常规管道护理;观察组在常规护理基础上接受"6S"管理理念的导管安全管理护理。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组导管相关理论知识评分、安全意识评分、技能操作评分、环境秩序评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医患对导管安全管理满意度高于对照组,且导管风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸外科导管安全管理中应用"6S"管理理念,能够有效提高临床护理服务质量和医患对护理服务的满意度,降低导管相关不良事件发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 6 S management in thoracic surgery catheter safety.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,140 patients with indwelling catheter after operation were selected as the control group.From February 2019 to February 2020,140 patients with postoperative indwelling catheter were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group received the catheter safety management nursing of"6 S"management concept on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the application effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,catheter related theoretical knowledge score,safety awareness score,skill operation score and environmental order score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,patients’satisfaction with catheter safety management was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of catheter risk events was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In thoracic surgery catheter safety management,the application of"6 S"management concept can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing service and the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing service,and reduce the incidence of catheter-related adverse events.
