品管圈在提高护士实施患者身份识别双向查对行为中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle on improving nurses’two-way checking behavior of patient identification

目的:观察品管圈在提高护士实施患者身份识别双向查对行为中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2019年9月开展品管圈管理方式收治的患者2900例,针对850例患者出现的身份信息识别错误,开展基于品管圈程序选定主题(患者身份识别误差较大)、拟定计划、设计问卷调查现状、采用根因分析,找出主因与要因、根据圈能力设定改善目标、圈成员讨论制定对策并实施,由78名护士对患者身份识别双向查对品管圈实施后的患者2050例,评价实施前后行为的效果、护理质量评分及患者对护理的满意率。结果:实施后,护理人员对患者的腕带信息、姓名与年龄、操作与注意事项、治疗单、床头卡、医嘱单的查对行为率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,护理人员工作热情、团队协作、解决问题、沟通交流能力等护理质量的评分明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,患者对护理的满意率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者身份识别双向查对行为中,实施以品管圈进行相应的管理,可明显提升身份识别双向查对行为的实施与准确性,并间接提升了护理质量评分,获得了患者较高的满意率,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the effect of quality control circle on improving nurses’two-way checking behavior of patient identification.Methods:From April 2019 to September 2019,2900 patients who were carried out quality control circle management were selected,among them,850 cases of patients with identity information identification error,to carry out the selection of topics based on the quality control circle program(the patient identification error is large),to draw up the plan,to design the present situation of the questionnaire survey,to adopt the root cause analysis,to find out the main cause and cause,to set the improvement goal according to the circle ability,to discuss and formulate the countermeasures and implement the members,78 nurses were asked to identify the patients’identities,and 2050 patients after the implementation of the quality control circle were evaluated.Results:After the implementation,the checking behavior rate of nurses such as wristband information,name and age,operation and attention,treatment sheet,bedside card and doctor’s order sheet significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of nursing staff’s work enthusiasm,teamwork,problem solving,communication and communication ability were significantly higher than those before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the patient’s satisfaction rate for nursing was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the two-way checking behavior of patient identification,the implementation of quality control circle can obviously improve the implementation and accuracy of two-way checking behavior of identification,and indirectly improve the nursing quality score,obtained the patients’higher satisfaction rate,the effect is ideal.
