翻转课堂教学法在血管外科护理实习带教中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨在血管外科护理实习带教中实施翻转课堂教学法的价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2020年10月血管外科护理实习生80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施传统教学;研究组给予翻转课堂教学。比较两组实习生考核成绩及带教满意度。结果:研究组理论知识及操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组带教满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血管外科护理带教中实施翻转课堂教学,可有效提升实习生理论与实践水平,促进实习生学习兴趣,提高其教学满意度,继而提升整体教学质量,应用价值显著。 Objective:To explore the value of flipped classroom teaching method in nursing practice of vascular surgery.Methods:From July 2017 to October 2020,80 cases of nursing interns from vascular surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching.The study group applied flipped classroom teaching.The interns’assessment results and teacher satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of flipped classroom teaching in vascular surgery nursing teaching can effectively improve the theoretical and practical level of interns,promote interns’interest in learning,improve their teaching satisfaction,and then improve the overall teaching quality with significant application value.
