Function Research Progress of P.pastoris

毕赤酵母(Pichia pastoris,P.pastoris)是一种甲基营养型酵母,作为外源蛋白表达的宿主系统,因其优良的功能特性,具有重要的研究价值,在工业上有广泛应用。本文结合国内外已有研究,对P.pastoris的高效发酵作用、异源蛋白高效表达以及免疫调节活性进行了论述,并对异源蛋白在P.pastoris中高效表达的多拷贝载体和启动子的调控作用的机理或物质基础进行了详细总结与归纳,最后对P.pastoris相关研究工作作出简单展望,其在发酵菌种资源开发中拥有巨大潜力。

P.pastoris is a methylotrophic yeast that is widely used in industry as a host system for heterologous protein expression,which is of great value for its Excellent function.In this paper,high cell density fermentation、highlevel expression and immune regulation function researches on P.pastoris have been reviewed according to both domestic and foreign studies.The activity mechanisms or material basis of regulation of multi-copy carrier and promoters with high heterologous protein expression in P.pastoris were summarized in detail and a simple prospect was made,pointing out that P.pastoris has great development potential as widely starter culture resources.
