摘要
食品微生物检测是保证食品安全的关键途径与重要举措,而分子生物学技术作为一种较为先进的食品微生物检测方法,逐渐得到人们的关注。为进一步促进分子生物学在食品微生物检测中的高效使用,本文结合当前分子生物学在食品微生物检测中的应用现状,分析其技术特征与使用路径,以期为我国食品微生物检测工作的开展提供参考。
Food microbiological detection is a key approach and important measure to ensure food safety,and molecular biology technology,as a more advanced food microbiological detection method,has gradually attracted people’s attention.In order to further promote the efficient use of molecular biology in food microbial detection,this article combines the current application status of molecular biology in food microbial detection,analyzes its technical characteristics and use paths,and hopes to provide a reference for the development of food microbial detection in my country.
