摘要
近几年来,社会公众非常重视饮食的科学性和合理搭配,要保证人们饮食健康就涉及到营养学的内容,营养学是一门关于食物中各种营养研究的学科,同时也对人体对各种营养的摄入、消化、吸收、代谢等过程有所研究,对人们的饮食健康产生深远影响。本文针对现代饮食营养与身体健康的关系和影响因素进行分析,探讨制定合理饮食方案以及养成良好饮食习惯对改善人们身体素质的重要性。
In recent years,the public has attached great importance to the scientific and reasonable collocation of diet.To ensure that people’s diet is healthy,nutrition is involved.Nutrition is a subject that studies various nutrition in food.The process of intake,digestion,absorption,and metabolism of various nutrients has been studied,which has a profound impact on people’s dietary health.This article analyzes the relationship between modern diet nutrition and physical health and the influencing factors,and discusses the importance of formulating a reasonable diet plan and developing good eating habits to improve people’s physical fitness.
