两种β2-受体激动剂荧光免疫快速检测试纸条的制备及评价

Preparation and Properties Analysis of Twoβ_(2)-Agonists Fluorescent Immunochromatographic Strip

目的:探索一种同时对莱克多巴胺(RAC)、沙丁胺醇(SAL)两种常见瘦肉精进行快速检测的荧光免疫试纸条的制备方法并评估其性能。方法:用荧光染料直接标记抗体,制备检测猪尿中RAC和SAL的试纸条,对试纸条的检出限、重复性进行评估。结果:RAC和SAL的检测限均可达到1 ng·mL^(-1);RAC和SAL重复性检测中变异系数(CV)小于15%。结论:试验中可用于猪尿中RAC和SAL快速检测的试纸条,具有制备简单、灵敏度高的特点,便于规模化生产。

Objective:Fluorescent immunoassay test strip for rapid detection of ractopamine and salbutamol at the same time were prepared with simple process,the performances of the strips were evaluated.Methods:The antibodies were labeled with fluorescent dye and used to prepare test strips for the detection of ractopamine and salbutamol in pig urine.The detection limit and repeatability of the test strips were evaluated.Results:The detection limits of ractopamine and salbutamol were both up to 1 ng·mL^(-1).The coefficient of variation of ractopamine and salbutamol were less than 15%.Conclusion:The test strip that can be used for rapid detection of ractopamine and salbutamol in pig urine sensitively can be prepared simply and convenient for large-scale production.
