摘要
建立气相色谱法(GC-uECD)检测蔬菜中百菌清残留的方法。蔬菜样品匀浆后,采用乙腈涡旋混匀,超声提取,Florisil固相萃取柱净化后测定。结果表明,新方法处理得到的百菌清平均加标回收率为92.0%~104.1%;相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.1%;检出限为0.0005 mg·kg^(-1)。该方法具有较好的精密度、准确度和灵敏度,适用于蔬菜中百菌清的检测。
Establish a GC-uECD method for detecting chlorothalonil residues in vegetables.After the vegetable samples were homogenized,they were mixed with acetonitrile by vortexing,ultrasonically extracted,and determined after purification by Florisil solid phase extraction column.The results showed that the average recovery of chlorothalonil obtained by the new method was 92.0%~104.1%;the relative standard deviation was 0.9%~4.1%;the detection limit was 0.0005 mg·kg^(-1).This method has good precision,accuracy and sensitivity,and is suitable for the detection of chlorothalonil in vegetables.
