摘要
以花椒籽蛋白降血压肽为原料,通过优化Tricine-SDS-PAGE电泳条件来测定其分子量分布。结果表明,花椒籽蛋白降血压肽的最佳电泳条件为分离胶浓度15.5%T、6%C(添加甘油),间隙胶浓度10%T、3%C,浓缩胶浓度4%T、3%C,此条件下测得超滤液分子量在5000 Da以下,层析液分子量在3000 Da以下。
The molecular weight distribution of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor peptides from Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed protein was determined by optimizing Tricine-SDS-PAGE electrophoresis conditions. The results showed that the best electrophoresis condition was that the separation gel, space gel and stacking gel were 15.5% T、6% C,10% T、3% C and 4% T、3% C respectively, and the separation gel was added glycerine.Under this congdition, molecular weight of the ultrafiltrate was mainly below 5 000 Da, and chromatographic fluid’s was below 3 000 Da.
