合作社带动下小农户与现代农业衔接模式及成效分析

Linkage Mode and Effect of Small Farmers and Modern Agriculture Driven by Cooperatives

基于对山东潍坊3家果蔬农民专业合作社及80个小农户的调研,以反季节大棚西瓜生产为例,归纳总结了小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接的合作社现代农业生产经营服务带动模式;在此基础上,从提高小农户生产水平、降低小农户生产与销售风险、促进小农户增收等方面分析了其成效,并指出了小农户与合作社衔接模式存在的主要问题。最后,围绕小农户与合作社的衔接模式,提出了明确双方成本投入比例、健全双方利益分配模式、强化合作社之间现代农业发展合作等的政策建议。

Based on the investigation of three professional fruit and vegetable farmer cooperatives and 80 small farmers in Weifang of Shandong province,taking watermelon production in off-season greenhouses as an example,the driving mode of modern agricultural production and management service of cooperatives were summarized,which organically linked small farmers and modern agricultural development.On this basis,the effect was analyzed from the aspects of improving the production level of smallholders,reducing the risk of smallholders’production and sales,and promoting the increase of smallholders’income,and the main problems existing in the linkage model of smallholders and cooperatives were pointed out.Finally,some policy suggestions were put forward around the linkage model of small farmers and cooperatives from clarifying the cost input ratio of both sides,perfecting the profit distribution model of both sides,and strengthening the cooperation in modern agricultural development between the cooperatives.
