共享经济视角下的乡村民宿发展分析

Analysis on the Development of Rural Homestays from the Perspective of Sharing Economy

推动乡村民宿转型升级是更好地促进其商业模式创新发展的有效路径。随着中国互联网现代信息技术的发展和国家政策的规划引导,共享经济正在以一种新的经济模式出现在人们的日常生活中,并成为促进经济增长的一股重要力量,其不仅能够为民宿建设筹集到人力、物力和资金支持,而且能够促进乡村民宿加快转型升级,实现长远发展。通过文献研究和网上数据调查,分析了共享经济视角下乡村民宿的发展现状,发现当前中国乡村民宿发展中存在经营者素质不高、经营管理资金不足、商品服务同质化严重、基础设施不完善等主要问题。最后,提出了促进乡村民宿可持续性发展的对策建议。

Promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural homestays is an effective way to better promote the innovation and development of its business model.With the development of modern Internet information technology in China and the planning of national policy guidance,the sharing economy is appearing in people’s daily life as a new economic model,and has become one of the important force to promote economic growth,it can not only raise the required manpower,material resources and capital support for homestays construction,but also can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of rural homestays,realize the long-term development.Through literature research and online data surveys,the development status of rural homestays was analyzed from the perspective of sharing economy,the results showed that there are some problems in the development of rural homestays,such as the low quality of operators,insufficient funds for operation and management,serious homogenization of goods and services,and imperfect infrastructure.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of rural homestays were put forward.
