北京市智慧乡村建设现状与前景

Current Situation and Prospect of Smart Village Construction in Beijing

智慧乡村是实现农村生态文明建设的新抓手,是提高乡村治理现代化水平的新载体,也是促进农民增收的新路径。目前,北京市智慧乡村建设已经取得了一定成果,但也存在一些问题。通过分析北京市智慧乡村建设现状,探究智慧乡村建设存在的问题,包括区域间建设数量不均衡、区域间建设领域发展不全面、信息化软件开发及应用水平不高以及村民对信息化认知不足等。最后,根据北京市实际情况,提出促进智慧乡村发展、实现农业信息化的对策建议。

Smart village is a new starting point to realize the construction of rural ecological civilization,a new carrier to improve the modernization of rural governance,and a new path to increase farmers’income.At present,certain achievements have been made in the construction of smart villages in Beijing,but there are also some problems.Through the analysis of the status quo of smart villages construction in Beijing,the problems existing in the construction of smart villages were explored,including the imbalance in the number of inter-regional construction,the incomplete development of the inter-regional construction field,the low level of informatization software development and application,and the villagers’insufficient awareness of informatization.Finally,according to the actual situation in Beijing,countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of smart villages and realizing agricultural informatization were put forward.
