畜牧高科技园区创新体系建设路径优化研究——以大邑畜牧高科技园区为例

Optimization of Construction Path of Innovation System in Animal Husbandry High-tech Park——Taking Dayi Animal Husbandry High-tech Park as an Example

畜牧高科技园区作为农业现代化发展的重要平台,能够促进农业产业结构调整,规范和引导农业示范园区健康发展。目前,中国已快速展开了畜牧高科技园区建设工作,但与西方发达国家仍有一定的差距。以大邑县畜牧高科技园区为例,通过对大邑县区位条件、经济发展、政策支持和金融科技基础的分析,了解大邑县现代农业发展现状,结合大邑县畜牧高科技园区发展现状和创新体系建设,分析了其在发展过程中存在的问题,并提出了促进县域农业科技园区发展的措施及路径优化目标。

As an important platform for the development of agricultural modernization,the animal husbandry high-tech park can promote the adjustment of agricultural industry structure,standardize and guide the healthy development of agricultural demonstration parks.At present,the construction of animal husbandry high-tech park has been rapidly launched in China,but the development of animal husbandry high-tech park in China still has a certain gap with the Western countries.Taking Dayi animal husbandry high-tech park as an example,through analyzing the location conditions,economic development,policy support and financial technology foundation of Dayi county,the current situation of Dayi county’s modern agricultural development was understood.Combining with the development status and innovation system construction of Dayi animal husbandry high-tech park,the problems existing in the development process were analyzed,and measures and path optimization goals were put forward to promote the development of county agricultural science and technology parks.
