农业科技企业开放式技术创新运行机制及实现路径 被引量:1

摘要 农业科技企业的持续发展,需要结合外部的创新资源和内部的自主创新,以及大学、企业、政府、公共平台等创新参与者提供的资源,不断进行开放式技术创新。在整理、分析相关研究成果的基础上,运用系统分析法深入探究了开放式创新系统,并将系统分为创新技术系统、管理组织系统、成果转化系统、创新资源系统、环境支持系统和政府支撑系统六大系统,认为开放式技术创新系统为运行机制提供运行的框架,各个创新主体在创新系统的支持下进行相应的合作,共同作用形成开放式技术创新的运行机制。最后,结合农业科技企业开放式技术创新的系统运行机制,提出了农业科技企业开放式技术创新的实现路径。 In order to achieve sustainable development,agricultural science and technology enterprises need to combine with external innovation resources and internal independent innovation development,as well as resources provided by innovation participants such as universities,enterprises,governments and public platforms to continuously carry out open technological innovation.Based on sorting and analyzing related research results,using the system analysis method,the open innovation system was deeply explored,and it was divided into six systems such as innovation system,management organization system,achievements transformation system,environment support system,and government support system,and it was believed that the open technological innovation system provides a framework for running mechanism,and each innovation subject cooperates with the support of innovation system and forms an open technological innovation operation mechanism.Finally,combining with the system operation mechanism of open technical innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises,the realization path of open technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises was put forward.
