摘要
分析了控制蒸发排放的重要性以及法规的主要考核点,综合阐述了国六阶段蒸发排放系统开发的重点,包括硬件选型设计、软件控制策略及标定优化。将所开发的蒸发排放系统应用于某型混合动力汽车上,按照国六法规要求进行了蒸发排放和加油排放试验测试,并分析了各循环炭罐脱附特性、蒸发排放产生规律以及标定控制重点。最终试验结果表明,该系统完全满足国六法规要求,蒸发排放和加油排放的试验结果仅占国六法规限值的61%和50%。
The importance of controlling evaporative emissions and the main assessment points of the China VI regulations are analyzed.The key points of the development of evaporative emission control system meeting China Ⅵ are comprehensively elaborated,including hardware design,software strategy and calibration optimization.The system has been applied to a hybrid vehicle,and the evaporative emissions and refueling emissions are tested in accordance with the procedure of China Ⅵ.For each test cycle,the canister desorption characteristics,the formation law of the evaporative emissions and the control emphasis of calibration are analyzed as well.The final test results show that the system fully meets the requirements of China Ⅵ,the result of the evaporative emissions is only 61% of the regulation limits while the refueling emissions is only 50%.
