聚烯烃集装箱灌装技术研究

Study of Loading Technology for Polyolefin Container

聚烯烃散装运输具有中间流程少、运输成本低等诸多优势,目前已得到了逐步应用。总结了聚烯烃集装箱灌装的主要形式,提出了水平灌装技术中气力灌装技术、皮带抛料技术以及重力灌装技术三种技术的理论计算方法,并对以上三种技术进行了对比。

Bulk transportation for polyolefin has the advantages of few procedures and low cost so as to be applied widely.In this article,the main types of polyolefin container were summarized.The technologies used in horizontal loading,including pneumatic loading,belt loading and gravity loading,were provided,and the comparison for three technologies was carried out.
