离心泵吸入比转速限值探讨

Discussion of Specific Speed Limit in Suction

吸入比转速高的离心泵在小流量工况下运行时,易发生泵振动超标,为此需要限制吸入比转速值。介绍了部分公司和标准吸入比转速的要求,并结合笔者参与的工程实例,认为要确保离心泵安全可靠运行,应严格执行吸入比转速限值要求。

The centrifugal pump with high suction specific speed and working under small flow condition is often unqualified for the vibration occurred,so it is necessary to limit its suction specific speed.In this article,some requirements for suction specific speed from several engineering companies,standards and author’s practical experiences were introduced.It is deemed that the suction specific speed for centrifugal pump should be strictly limited and conformed to the requirement so as to ensure its operation is safe and reliable.
