摘要
在以互联网+与人工智能为突出表征的新时代,人的学习与思维都将发生巨大变化,新工科人才培养更应顺应需求与时俱进。批判性思维可以指导跨学科整合与实践的创新实现,而创新实践又会提升批判性思维品质,三者的有机协调则是新工科人才培养的核心。所以,基于问题情境激发问题中心式辩论,并在课程与教学中常态化开展批判性思维训练,以提升新工科人才的批判思维能力;以交叉学科探究项目和项目群为依托,充分利用线上线下交流平台加强跨学科交流,并基于综合实践提升新工科人才整合跨学科知识与技术的能力;在资源统筹观念和国际视野下转变观念,强化实验教学,探索校企合作和国内外新工科人才培养合作新模式,努力提升新工科人才的实践操作能力,将是提升新工科人才创新创造能力的重点改革取向。
In the new era which takes Internet+and artificial intelligence as the typical symbol,people’s learning and thinking will undergo tremendous changes.Critical thinking can guide the innovation of interdisciplinary integration and practice,and innovative practice will improve the quality of critical thinking.The organic coordination of the three dimensions is the core of new engineering talent training.Therefore,it is necessary to stimulate the problem centered debate based on the problem situation,and carry out the training of critical thinking in the curriculum and teaching to improve the critical thinking ability of new engineering talents;based on interdisciplinary research projects and project groups,it is necessary to make full use of online and offline communication platforms to strengthen interdisciplinary communication,and improve new engineering talents based on comprehensive practice to integrate the ability of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills,to change the concept under the concept of resource overall planning and international vision,to strengthen experimental teaching,to explore a new mode of school enterprise cooperation and new engineering talents training cooperation at home and abroad,and to strive to improve the practical operation ability of new engineering talents,will be the key reform orientation to enhance the innovation and creativity ability of new engineering talents.
