新文科建设背景下内蒙古高校法学人才培养改革思路

Reform Ideas of Law Talents Training in Inner Mongolia Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction

自2018年党中央提出新文科建设后,迅速得到了全国高校的积极响应。内蒙古高校在新文科建设方面普遍存在学科基础薄弱等问题,法学学科尤其如此,致使法学人才培养面临诸多困境。在新文科建设背景下,内蒙古高校在法学人才培养过程中,应当抓住机遇,找准自身定位,在人才培养目标、培养模式、课堂教学、评价机制等方面积极改革,使人才培养适应新时代社会需要。

Since the CPC Central Committee put forward the construction of new liberal arts in 2018,it has quickly received a positive response from universities across the country.There are many problems in the construction of new liberal arts in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,such as weak discipline foundation,especially law discipline,which leads to many difficulties in the cultivation of legal talents.Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia should seize the opportunity,find out their own orientation,and actively reform the personnel training objectives,training modes,classroom teaching and evaluation mechanism,so as to adapt the personnel training to the social needs of the new era.
