民族院校艺术设计专业教育与地域特色文化产业融合发展--以内蒙古民族院校为例

Integration of Art Design Education and Regional Cultural Industry in Colleges for Nationalities--A Case Study of Colleges for Nationalities in Inner Mongolia

民族院校艺术设计专业需要根据当前社会文化产业市场的需求来调整自身的教育定位,这样民族院校所培养出来的艺术设计人才就可以更加适应文化产业的需求。本文从各自不同的教育方向和教学理念上找到平衡点,根据不同时期的人才需求变化做出适度调整。从内蒙古民族院校艺术教育现状入手进行分析,针对民族院校开设的专业设置、师资生源、教育教学科研等进行探讨,从而就民族院校的艺术设计专业与实际的实践需求之间存在的脱节问题、高校的教学研究主要方向问题进行解析。在艺术设计专业的教学与文化产业相融合、高校的课堂教学与市场衔接、高校教学理念与民族地域文化需求之间关系等问题上,如何更好地满足艺术设计与市场需求之间的无缝衔接,成为民族院校艺术设计教学与社会文化产业实现共同育人的重要实践过程。

The art design major in national colleges and universities needs to adjust its educational orientation according to the demands of the current social and cultural industry market.In this way,art design talents trained by national colleges and universities can better adapt to the needs of the cultural industry.This paper finds a balance between their different educational directions and teaching concepts,and makes appropriate adjustments according to the changes in talent needs in different periods.In Inner Mongolia national university art education present situation analysis,in view of the national colleges and universities have opened the art education major,major setting,teacher students,discusses the education teaching research have distinguishing feature each,thereby the national college of art and design professional and there is a disconnect between the practice of the actual demand,colleges and universities teaching research analyzes such problems as the main direction,For art design specialty teaching and the integration of culture industry,the college classroom teaching can be linked to the market,the concept of teaching in colleges and universities,and national relationship between regional culture demand,how to better meet the seamless connection between art design and the market demand,become national college of art design teaching and an important practice of social cultural industry can achieve common education process.
