提升民族高校思想政治理论课(简称:思政课)亲和力,要立足于民族高校实际开展思政课教学。在民族高校,各民族大学生是思政课教育的主体,民族高校思政课亲和力的影响因素在于各民族大学生的思想实际、思政课教学内容、教学方法和思政课教师。提升民族高校思政课亲和力,既要创设有利于思政课教育的主流意识形态环境、校内外教育环境,又要推进基于民族地区、民族文化和大学生思想认知特点的教学内容和教学方法改革,特别是要注重提高民族高校思政课教师队伍整体素质,这是提升民族高校思政课亲和力的关键。

To enhance the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,we should base ourselves on the reality of ideological and political teaching in ethnic colleges and universities.And Ethnic minority students are the main body of ideological and political theory courses there,the influencing factors of the ideological and political theory courses’affinity in ethnic colleges and universities lie in the ideological reality,teaching contents,teaching methods and teachers of ideological and political theory courses.To improve the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,we should not only create the mainstream ideological environment and the educational environment inside and outside the school that are conducive to the education of ideological and political theory courses,but promote the reform of teaching contents and teaching methods based on the characteristics of ethnic regions,ethnic cultures and college students’ideological and cognitive characteristics,in particular,we should pay attention to improving the overall quality of ideological and political theory courses’teachers in ethnic colleges and universities,which is the key to enhance the affinity of ideological and political theory courses.
