摘要
目的对高氯酸盐的健康危害开展危害评估,确定健康指导值。方法作为环境中分布广泛、性质稳定的重要无机污染物,高氯酸盐在水体、土壤中及各类农牧产品中被广泛检出。基于食品安全的考虑,开展对高氯酸盐的食品安全风险评估,具有重要的现实意义。本研究开展对高氯酸盐的危害识别,进行充分的危害特征描述,并基于基础性毒理学数据确定健康指导值,为进一步风险评估奠定工作基础。结果确定高氯酸盐的每日耐受摄入量(the tolerable daily intake,tTDI)为0.7μg/kg Bw。结论所确定的高氯酸盐健康指导值,可用于进一步食品安全风险评估。
Objective To conduct hazard assessments on the health hazards of perchlorate and determine health guidance values.Methods As an important inorganic pollutant that is widely distributed and stable in the environment,perchlorate has been widely detected in water bodies,soil and various agricultural and pastoral products.For the purpose of ensuring food safety,it is of great practical significance to carry out food safety risk assessment of perchlorate.In this study,the hazard identification of perchlorate is carried out,the hazard characteristics are fully described,and the health-based guidance value for perchlorate is determined based on basic toxicological data,which lays the work foundation for further risk assessment on perchlorate.Results The tolerable daily intake(tTDI)of perchlorate was determined to be 0.7μg/kg Bw.Conclusion The health-based guidance value of perchlorate determined in this study could be used for further food safety risk assessment.
