摘要
检查井加固是城市道路养护工程中的重要内容,分析了北京市以往检查井加固工艺,提出其不足之处;研发了伞式可调节模板移动平台。该平台移动方便、操作简单,可以根据现场检查井的直径和高程将模板上下升降和放大缩小,适用于直径为50~82 cm的检查井加固,能保证检查井混凝土的浇筑质量,形成机械化程度高、专业性程度强的流水作业体系,有效提高了施工效率。
Reinforcement of inspection shaft plays an important role in urban road maintenance projects.The original reinforcement technology of inspection shaft in Beijing is analyzed and its shortcoming is indicated in this paper.An umbrella-type adjustable mobile template platform has been developed which is easy to move and operate.The platform can be lifted up and down,enlarged and reduced according to the diameter and elevation of the scene inspection shaft that is suitable for the shaft with a diameter of 50~82 cm.The pouring quality of concrete can be ensured,and a flow shop system with high mechanization and specialization is formed to effectively improves the construction efficiency.
