北京市立体人行过街设施现状评估体系研究

摘要 北京市"十三五"交通规划中提出应充分发挥步行在中短距离出行中的优势,而人行过街设施作为一种步行媒介,其安全、舒适问题愈发受到相关部门的重视。传统的平面人行过街设施存在安全性差、效率低、易造成拥堵等问题,因此为解决这些问题,北京市设置了大量的立体人行过街设施。但随着人行过街设施的不断增多,有必要对立体人行过街设施的现状开展精细化研究,来推动交通结构的总体优化。首先,从行人过街交通特性、设施自身设计特性和周边环境特性3个方面对立体人行过街设施的影响进行了定性、定量分析,运用熵值法确定了影响立体人行过街设施通行的主要因素,构建了立体人行过街设施通行率的评估体系;其次利用数据包络分析法构建了超效率C^(2)R-DEA立体人行过街设施评价模型,再利用Max DEA软件对所调查的立体人行过街设施现状进行了评价,得到了现状立体人行过街设施的等级。该研究成果可供同行参考与借鉴。 Walking is suggested to play full advantages in short and medium travel in the 13th Five-Year Plan for transportation in Beijing.As a walking means,the safety and comfort of pedestrain cross facilities have attracted more and more attention.A lot of three-dimensional pedestrain crossing facilities has been set in Beijing to solve the prob lems such as poor safety,low efficiency and traffic jam that caused by traditional ones.It’s necessary to research in detail the three-dimensional facilities current situation to promote the overall traffic structural optimization.Firstly,the effects on the three-dimensional pedestrian crossing facilities by 3 factors of pedestrian crossing traffic characteristics,facility design characteristics and surrounding environment characteristics were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The main affecting factors was determined by the entropy method and the evaluation system for traffic rate was established.Secondly,a super efficient C2R-DEA evaluation modelwas built by data envelope analysis(DEA)method.Then,the status of the investigated three-dimensional pedestrian crossing facilities was evaluated by software MaxDEA and the grade was obtained.The research results can provide reference for fellow colleagues.
