摘要 顶管工作井在土压力、水压力、顶力等组合作用下处于复杂的受力环境,准确计算出土抗力是设计环节中的一个关键点。因此采用有限元法进行分析,将土抗力按水平反力系数法采用土弹簧进行模拟,得到工作井在顶力组合工况下土抗力分布形式和整个结构体内力分布。分析表明:工作井后背墙土抗力沿竖向呈抛物线形式分布,最大值出现在顶力作用区域;沿水平向基本呈直线分布。该研究结果对顶管工作井结构设计具有一定的帮助。 Under the combined action of earth pressure,water pressure and jacking force,the pipe-jacking well is in a complex stress environment so the accurate calculation of excavated resistance is a key point of design process.The finite element method and the soil spring are adopted to analyze and simulate the soil resistance to obtain the distribution form of soil resistance and internal force distribution of the working well under jacking force combination.The analysis shows that the soil resistance force of back wall is distributed in the form of parabola vertically,the maximum value appears in the jacking area.The force is distributed in the form of basically straight line horizontally.The research results are helpful to the structure design of pipe jacking well.
